When I see Riverside I always think the town not the county. LOL! I was in Barstow when I was in elementary school, they get <3".

U R welcome. The "desert" Southwest is great this time of the year. By the way, we get about the same amount of rain per year here in Tucson as you do in Riverside, 12", we moved from there in '80 due to a transfer. It is great here, but we miss being able to drive to Laguna or another beach on a whim.
